NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized
and directed to proclaim a special election on
November 3, 1970, for Municipal Judge to fill,the
unexpired term of the Honorable v,JamesPtak.
