WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement by and between
the City of Fayetteville and the St. Louis - San Francisco
Railway Company, the City of Fayetteville has agreed to
convey certain railway easements to the St. Louis - San
Francisco Railway Company, and

WHEREAS, the Cityof Fayetteville has been able to
secure railroad easements across property owned by the
following parties:
R.C. Harding and Ruth L. Harding
Dotson G. Lewis and Golvia Lewis
Tryon C. Lewis and Jane C. Lewis
Clarence L. Haines and Dorothy Jean Haines
Fayetteville Industrial Foundation
Letha Thiry
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized to execute easements in favor of the
St. Louis - San Francisco Railway Company conveying the
easements which the City of Fayetteville has secured
across the properties owned by the above described parties.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they hereby are authorized to execute one easement
in favor of the St. Louis - San Francisco Railway Company
conveying in one continuous description all easements which
the City of Fayetteville has secured as soon as an easement
is obtained across the remaining tract owned by Fannie
Walker.
