WHEREAS, notice has been duly given to all owner a of real property
benefited by the improvement of sewers in the area of Denver and
Haddon Avenues, as required by law, advising them that an assessment
district for the purpose of improving sewers in the area of Denver
and Haddon Avenues has been filed with the Clerk of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is the:time fixed in said notice for the hearing to
determine whether those signing said petition constitute a majority
in value of the owners of real property in said district; and
upon
such
WHEREAS, this Board has
the question of whether
majorit; and
WHEREAS, this Board has
heard all persons who desire to be heard
the signers of said petition constitute

ascertained that said signers do
constitute such majority, as shown both by the records of deeds and
by the actual ownership, and that said petition praying that the
cost of said improvements be assessed and charged on the real
property in the district is in due form and properly signed by a
majority of the owners of real property in said district, as
required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Board does hereby declare that after
removing from said petition the names of all persons who have
requested their names be expunged therefrom, and who are entitled
to have their names expunged, the remaining signers of said
petition constitute a majority in value of the owners of real
property in said district.
