NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE -BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,.ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute one certain partial
release-deed.discharging• and:releasing the lien now held
by the City of •Fayetteville, Arkansas, by virtue._of a
contract dated August 17,.1970, by -and between Esco
Development Company, Inc. and the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
