NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute one certain contract
guaranteeing installation of improvements in Butterfield
Subdivision by and between Esco Development Company, Inc.
and the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this /7 day of 1970.
