NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and thevhereby are
authorized and directed to execute one certain partial
release deed discharging and releasing the -lien now held
by the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by virtue of a contract
dated January 20, 1969, and recorded in Book 750 at pages
362, 363, 364, 365 and 366 in the Circuit Clerk's Office in
and for Washington County, Arkansas.
