RESOLUTION NO. ) 7-70
WHEREAS, notice has been duly given to all owners of real property
benefited by the improvement of Holly Street from Sang Avenue to Porter
Road, as required by law, advising them that an assessment district for
the purpose of improving Holly Street from Sang Avenue to Porter Road
has been filed with the Clerk of the City; and

WHEREAS, it is the time fixed in said notice for the hearing to
determine whether those signing said petition constitute a majority
in value of the owners of real property in said district; and

WHEREAS, this Board has heard all persons who desire to be heard
upon the question of whether the signers of said petition constitute
such majority; and
WHEREAS, this Board has ascertained that said signers do constitute
such majority, as shown both by the records of deeds and by the actual
ownership, and that said petition praying that the cost of said improve-
ments be assessed and charged on the real property in the district is
in due form and property signed by a majority of the owners of real
property in said district, as required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Board does hereby declare that after removing
from said petition the names of all persons who have requested their
names be expunged therefrom, and who are entitled to have their names
expunged, the remaining signers of said petition constitute a majority
in value of the owners of real property in said district.
