Whereas, the United States Department of Commerce Economic Development
Administration requires designation of an authorized representative for fiscal
purposes to draw checks on federally assisted project accounts.
Now.), therefore be it resolved by the Fayetteville Board of Directors that
Patrick J.ITObino City Controller, City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is designated
as the authorized representative df the -City of!Fayetteville to draw checks against
the Industrial Park Account, E.D.A. Project No. 08-1-00760,
