Whereas, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and the Fayetteville Industrial
Development Corporation are jointly investing monies in the development of the City's
Industrial Park, which monies are to be recovered through the sale of property in
said park, and;
Whereas, it appears that a minimum $2,000.00 per acre sale price for said
property is sufficient to enable the City and the Corporation to recover monies
invested and facilitate future industrial development,
Now therefore be it resolved by the Fayetteville Board of Directors that
the minimum sale price of Industrial Park land shall be $2,000 per acre with the
understanding that property,located so as to receive particular benefit from rail,
street and other facilities may be priced in an amount higher than said minimum
