RESOLUTION NO. I' 761
WHEREAS, in the current program of extending the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, water system the railroad tracks of the St. Louis -San Francisco
Railway Company will be crossed by a 6 inch water main at Mile Pole 358
plus five poles plus 40 feet located in the south part of Greenland,
Arkansas, and

WHEREAS, said railway company requires that a contract be made for
said crossing, and that a resolution be made by the governing body of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, said resolution to designate one person
to sign said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City
of Fayetteville that a contract be entered into between the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, and the St. Louis -San Francisco Railway Company to make a
crossing by a 6 inch water main at Mile Pole 358 plus five poles pins -74Q
feet located'in the south part of Greenland,. Arkansas, and that Wesley M.
Howe, City -Manager of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby designated
to sign said contract.
