RESOLUTION'NO.:31-69

We,,the:Board of Directors of the'City of Fayetteville, Washington
County, Arkansas, in a regular meeting held on the 15th day of December,
1969, held in Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, do hereby
approve the continuation of the equalization program in Washington
County, and the Board of Directors has passed a resolution that the
Washington County Court be advised that the Board of Directors and
Mayor of the City of Fayetteville approves the above plan, and that
we are ready and willing to pay our pro -rata share of the cost.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of December,
1969.
