RESOLUTION NO. 2147
A RESOLUTION STATING THE INTENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CON-
CERNING THE ASSESSMENT OF COSTS IN CONNECTION WITH FAYETTEVILLE
STREETS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 60.
14 WHEREAS, at the time of the passage of Ordinance No. 02...creating and establishing Fayetteville Street Improvement 4istrict
No. 60, there appeared to be a strong possibility that Federal
Interim Renewal Funds would be available for the major portion of
financing of such improvement, and it would not be necessary for
the Board of Commissioners to assess individual home owners for
such cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That it is the intention of the Board of Directors to use
Federal Interim Renewal Funds for the financing of Fayetteville
Street Improvement District No. 60, and to avoid any cost to the
individual home owner, if possible.
