WHEBTAS, in the current program of construction of 2A inch voter
distribution mins to serve the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the railroad
tracks of the St. Louis -San Francisco Railway Company will be crossed by
said water main at Gregg and Sycamore Streets, and
WHZflAS, said railway car requires that a contract be made for
said crossing, and that a resolution be made by the governing body of the
city of Fsyettevillls, Arkansas, Said resolution to designate one person
to sign said contract,

of Fayetteville that a contract be entered into between the city of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas and the St. Louis -San Francisco Railvay C mpany to make a
crossing by a 2A inch water distribution main at Gregg and Sycamore Streets,
And that Wesley M. Howe, City Manager of the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas
is hereby designated to sign said contract.
