WHEREAS, POWELL M. RHEA served as Mayor of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas from April 11, 1949 to December 31, 1953; and
WHEREAS, POWELL M. RHEA served on the Police Pension Board
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Board of Directors of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
THAT the City of Fayetteville officially extend sympathy to the
family of Powell M. Rhea and commerate his distinguished service to
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and
THAT a copy of this Resolution be entered into the official records
of the City and a copy be presented to the Family of POWELL M. RHEA.
