A RESOLUTION SETTING A HEARING ON A PETITION TO
VACATE AND CLOSE CERTAIN ALLEYS AND PROVIDING
FOR NOTICE OF SAID HEARING

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Board of Directoro
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by McILROY BANK and INDUSTRIAL
FINANCE CMPANY, requesting the Board of Directors to vacate and close
alleys in Block 16, Original Town of Fayetteville, Arkansas, to-vit:'
All that portion of the North-South alley in Block
16, Original Town of Fayetteville, Arkansas, lying
between and adjacent to Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15 on
the one hand and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the other hand.
All that portion of the East-West alley in Block 16,
Original Town of Fayetteville, Arkansas, lying east of
North-South line (the center line of the North-South
alley in Block 16) which line is parallel to and six
feet west of the West line of Lot 4, Block 16, Original
Town of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
NOU THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas:
That the 2..day of j� �, 1969, is the date set for the
hearing on the aforesaid petitions that said hearing shall be in the
Board of Directors Room of the City Administration Building at 7:30
o'clock P.M.
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Fay-
etteville, Arkansas, is hereby directed to give notice of such meeting
by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Northwest
Arkansas Times, a newspaper having general circulation in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
