EXECUTE A NEW IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT WITH THE OWNERS OF RAMSEY .'fl
ADDITION. - Ci
Whereas, on January 8, 1969, an improvement agreement was
entered into between the City of Fayetteville, a Municipal Corpo-
ration, and Maupin Cummings and Ralph Goff, subdividers of Ramsey
.Adti.tion—to the—City-of-Fayetteville-whereby-thrsubdividers agreed --
to perform certain acts in consideration for their subdivision plat
being approved by the City.
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that said agreement was
erroneously executed by the subdividers in that the agreement should
.have been executed by C. &'L. Land Company, a corporation, and
Ralph Goff, an individual.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the improvement agreement entered into on
January 8, 1969, between the City of Fayetteville,.A Municipal
Corporation, and Maupin Cummings and Ralph Goff, subdividers,
regarding Ramsey Addition to the City of Fayetteville, is hereby
rescinded because of error in the execution of same

SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to enter into and execute a new improvement contract with the sub-
dividers of Ramsey Addition To the City of Fayetteville, C. & L.
Land Company, a corporation, and Ralph Goff, an individual.
SECTION 3. That thisaresolution-,shall takeseffect'immediately.=
PASSED AND APPROVED this rj day of May, 1969.
