WHEREAS, on July 18, 1966, Resolution No. 20-66 was ,
adopted by the B oard of Directors of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, designating Gerald G. Fox, CityManager of Fayette-
✓ ille, Arkansas, as the official representative to sign all
documents under Project WPC -ARK 216; and
WHEREAS, Gerald G. Fox is no longer the City Manager ofthe
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and it is necessary to appoint
another official for the purpose of signing all documents under
WPC -ARK 216.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Wesley M. Howe, City Manager of the City
o f Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and directed to
make applications and to otherwise be the official representative
o f the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas in connection with a
Federal grant under Public Law 660, as amended, which grant is
being applied to the costs of constructing sanitary sewer
facilities; and further
SECTION 2. That Wesley M. Howe, City Manager of Fayette-
✓ ille, Arkansas, is hereby authorized to sign all documents
u nder Project WPC -ARK 216.
