RESOLUTION NO c3 9 6 .

WHEREAS, HUGH R. KINCAID has served faithfully and dedicatedly as
City Attorney of the City of Fayetteville for four years; and
WHEREAS, HUGH R. KINCAID will resign from said position on Jan-
uary 1, 1969
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Board of Directors of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
THAT the City of Fayetteville officially recognize the efforts; of
HUGH R. KINCAID for his unselfish efforts as City Attorney of the City
of Fayetteville through the means of this Resolution; and
•
THAT a copy of this Resolution be entered into the official records
of the City and a copy be presented to HUGH R. KINCAID.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of .December, 1968.
