WHEREAS, the City Board of Directors on March 18, 1968 through
Resolution 7-68 authorized the execution of a right of way grant to Ozarks
Electric Cooperative Corporation across city owned property; and
WHEREAS, the description of said right of way is now found to be in
error; and
WHEREAS, a corrected Right of Way Grant
fully herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to authorize execution

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
