RESOLUTION 37-68
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYm;rTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the petition of James Fletcher to rezone certain property on State
Highway No. 16 East from A-1 to C-2 be and the same is hereby referred back
to the Planning Commission with instructions to restudy the Fletcher (case
for possible approval of C-1 rezoning instead of Cit; and further to in-
stitute a rezoning study of property directly across Highway 16 from the
Fletcher property, which is presently zoned C-2, in an effort'to determine

whether a more restrictive zoning classification should be placed on this
property.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of December, 1968.
