A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A RIGHT OF WAY GRANT IN
FAVOR OF OZARKS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, there has been duly presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a right of way grant proposed
for execution by the City of Fayetteville in favor of Ozarks Electric
Cooperative Corporation in order to extend an electric transmission
line to the new sewage disposal plant, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to authorizethe execution
of said instrument, a copy of which is annexed to this Resolution as
Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute in behalf of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, the referenced
right of way grant in favor of Ozarks Electric Cooperative Corporation.
