A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RIGHT; OF WAY RELEASE.
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, has
acquired a certain right of way grant dated February 16, 1968,
from the Le Belle Michaelis, Steele Canning Co., Inc. and
Steele Investment Co., Inc., for a water line, said right of
way or easement being recorded in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk of Washington County at Book 726, Page 232 and being
described as follows:
A part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Sec. 26 T -17-N, R -30-W,
being more particularly described as follows:
A Permanent Easement 20 feet wide and being 10 feet
on each side of a centerline; and a Temporary Construct-
ion Easement, for a period not to exceed one year
from the date hereof, 50 feet wide and being 10
feet to the South and 40 feet to the North of said
centerline, which is the centerline of a 16 inch water
line, said centerline beginning at a point which is
S 0°46' E 1917 feet more or less and West 86 feet
from the NE corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Sec. 26, thence S 89° 28' W 410 feet more or less
to the point of intersection of an existing easement,
said point being S 89° 28' W 496 feet more or less
and S 0°46' E 1917 feet more or less from the NE
corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 26.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the location of
said water line should be changed, and in consequence thereof
the aforesaid grantors have executed a second right of way
grant in lieu of the first right of way grant hereinbefore
described, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, desires
to release any interest it may have in the first right of way
grant hereinbefore described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC-
TORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a right of way release, in order to

release all interest of the City of Fayetteville in said right
of way grant of February 16, 1968.
