A RESOLUTION SETTING A HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A CERTAIN
STREET AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.

Whereas, a petition has been filed with the Board of Direc-
tors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by John W. Vinzant and
Elise R. Vinzant, requesting the Board of Directors to vacate and
close the following described street in Elmwood Addition to the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, to wit:
An unnamed street commencing at the North
edge of Overcrest Street running thence
North between Block 3 and Lot 1, Block 4,
Elmwood Addition, Fayetteville, Arkansas,
to the North edge of said subdivision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

That the le day of 1968, is the date set for
the hearing on the aforesaid petition; that said hearing shall be
in the Board of Directors Room of the City Administration Building
at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE City Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby directed to give notice of such
meeting by publications once a week for two consecutive weeks in
theNorthwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper having general circula-
tion in the City of Fayetteville, ,�Arrkansas.
