A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT DEED TO LANDS WHEREIN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, IS THE GRANTOR AND THE ARKANSAS STATE HIGH-
WAY COMMISSION IS THE GRANTEE.
WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100
Dollars, ($1.00), it is desirable that the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, convey by Easement Deed lands in Washington County, Arkan-
sas, for highway purposes to the Arkansas State Highway Commission.
The lands as recited in Washington County, Arkansas are
described as follows,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute for
and on the behalf of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the
City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest the recited East-
ment Deed to the Arkansas State Highway Commission.
Upon the execution of the Easement Deed referred to, the
City Clerk of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and dir-
ected to deliver the same to the Arkansas State Highway Commission.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
