RESOLUTION NO. M-4.7
A RESOLUTION SETTING A HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF WAUNETTA AVENUE AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF- SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Board of Directors
of the City'of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by Roy C. Guthrie and
Patricia Guthrie, husband and wife, requesting the Board of
Directors to vacate and close the following described portion of
Waunetta Avenue in Rochier Heights Addition to the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, to -wit:
That portion of Waunetta Avenue lying between Lot One
(1), Block One (1) and Lot .Eleven (11),.Block Two (2)
of Rochier Heights Addition to the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the 18th day of September, 1967, is the date set for the
hearing of the aforesaid petition; that said hearing shall be in
the Board of Directors Room of the City Administration Building
at 7:30 o'clock, P.M. CDST.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, is hereby directed to give notice of such
meeting by publications once.a week for two consecutive weeks in
the Northwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper having a general and
bona fide circulation in the City of Fayetteville, Washington
County, Arkansas
