A RESOLUTION SETTING A HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF 7TH STREET AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.

WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Board of Direc-
tors of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,by M. Ray Adams and
Mcllroy Bank, Trustees; Rosa Nell Winkle, surviving wife of William
H. Winkle; and Hazel G. Linard, surviving wife of Arthur V. Linard,
requesting the Board of Directors to vacate and close the following
described portion of 7th Street in Ferguson's Addition to the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, to -wit:
All that portion of 7th Street lying between School
Street and Locust Street in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the �o day of 2 CZ , 1966, is the date set for
the hearing of the aforesaid pto ition; that said hearing. shall be
in the Board of Directors Room of the City Administration Building
at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, ishereby directed to give notice of
such meeting by publications once a week for two consecutive
weeks in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper having general
circulation in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
