authorised a program of construction of coverage works at an oati-
mated coat of 33,054.000.00 and the United hat= Government,
acting through tba Public health torvico, hoc offered a federal
grant in tho amount of $1,103,940.00 at dooignatod.OA Port A,
Offer and Acceptance, now undor consideration by thio body.
IEO, fffEPORt, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tho
City of Payottovillo, that paid offer as cubsaittod, togothor with
the torso and conditions thoroof, in boroby accepted and approved:
and that Guy fl Drown, Mayor, of the City of Fayottovillo, it
botchy authorised and directed to sign said Offer and Acceptance
andany other necessary docmcento required to cocploto tho
project on behalf of said city.

or will proouro a fee aitplo or ouch other ontato or interact
in the cite of the project, including the noc000ary cotenants
and rights -of -nay, as to accure undiaturbed um and possescion
for tho purpocoa of construction, operation and maintenance of
tbo works for tbo activated life of the project; and that in
the ovont ouch title, notate, or interact in ouch alto, oaco-
rento or righto-of-way in the future may bo contacted, the City
of Payottovillo will defend and maintain ite title, in ouch vita
and hold the United Staten Government blatoloct in cuch action,
and that before any federal payment is requoctod puroucnt to
maid grant, void city will provide certification an to the
cuff/Agency of cuch aatato or intoroot.
