R-65(CPt)(G) BETWEEN THE CITY OP" FAYETTEVILL.E, ARKANSAS, AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PERTAINING TO THE PRE- PARATION OF COMMUNITY RENEWAL PROGRAM NO. ARK. R.-65(CR) WHEREAS, under Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, the United Statee of America (herein called the "GonrnznenV1) bac tendered to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansan (Herein called the "Public Body") al proposed Contract for Community Renewal Program Grant, hereinafter mentioned, pursuant to which the Government Tire uld extend a Grant of Federal fundae to the Public.
