A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT AN INFORMAL PLAT OF CERTAIN TERRITORY WITHIN THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas an informal plat, dated /S/ /?4j�
1965, of a certain area in the City of Fayettevil e, Ar ansas, to be
known as Butterfield 8, and
WHEREAS, it further appears that the platted area is not a true
subdivision under Article I, D-14, Definitions, and under Article V, A.,
Variances of Ordinance 1245, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Ar-
kansas, has recommended the acceptance of said informal plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,Jhereby accepts
the informal plat of the area in the City of Fayetteville known as
Butterfield 8.
