RESOLUTION 10--65
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10-61 of SEPTEMBER 11, 1961.

WHEREAS, on September ll, 1961, the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, acting pursuant to Ordinance No. 1262, of May 8, 1961, adopted Resolution No.
10-61, governing the standards for street paving, storm sewers, culverts and bridges,
sidewalks and driveways within the jurisdiction of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and
*MIAS, it is now deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Fayetteville,
to amend said Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 1, paragraph 2, be amended to read as follows:
"2. Design and Supervision.
A. Plans and Specifications.
All future streets and extensions of streets, including
the paving, within the city limits of Fayetteville shall
- be built according to plans and specifications prepared
by a registered professional engineer and approved by
the city engineer.
B. Supervision.
Construction of all future streets and extensions of
streets, including the paving, within the city limits
of Fayetteville shall be supervised by a registered
professional engineer and approved by the city engineer.
C. Certification.
The registered' professional engineer shall furnish two sets
of as built plans to the city engineer with certification that
the streets have been constructed in accordance herewith.
