RESOLUTION NO. (l 46S
WHEREAS, the Airport Agreement by and between the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and Central Airlines Inc., expired December 21, 1964, and
WHEREAS, a new Airport Agreement by and between the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and Central Airlines Inc., has been prepared and is ready for
' adoption, and
WHEREAS, a Supplemental Airport Agreement will be necessary to cover
additional office space requested by Central Airlines Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The mayor._, and City Clerk be and they are hereby aut4orized
to sign the Airport Agreement dated February 1, 1965:
Seotion 2. The Airport Agreement dated February 1, 1965, shall be
attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
to sign a Supplemental Airport Agreement for an additional one hundred
fifteen and a half (115.5) square feet of office space located in the
southwest corner of the Airport Terminal Building.
Section 4. The Supplemental Airport Agreement shall be subject to the
same terms and provisions contained in the Airport Agreement dated
February 1, 1965.
Section 5. The Supplemental Airport Agreement shall be dated June 1,
1965, attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of May, 1965.
