RESOLUTION NO. 17-64
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. That the position of Sanitary Engineer for the City of
Fayetteville,. Arkansas, is hereby created who will be responsible
for all sanitary services presently listed in Ordinance No. 1194.
2. That Mr. Daniel J. Clark be appointed to the position
of Sanitary Engineer at an annual salary of $6, 000. 00, and will
assume his duties on or before August 15, 1964.
