RESOLUTION NO. 49 -ell
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
VILLE, ARKANSAS, TO -WIT:
SECTION 1. That if Suburban Water Improvement Dis-
trict No. 7 be dissolved within a period of thirty (30)
days from the date of this resolution, and if said Dis-
trict agrees to a recision of the contract between the
City and said District which is now in existence, the
City would be agreeable to contracting for the dale of
water to a new District to be formed within the near
future, under the same general terms as the original
contract between said parties.
SECTION 2. That the above provisions are conditional
on the annexation to the City of certain property adja-
cent to the present City limits on the East. It is further
understood that the City shall not be obligated to supply
water to the new district until such time as the City
determines that sufficient water is adjacent to the new
district.
