A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE REPLACE/ENT OF ONE STREET DEPART ENT
DUMP TRUCK.
WHEREAS, a resolution must be passed and approved by the City Council
for every expenditure from the Replacement Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The net bid of the Lewis Ford Sales Inc. in the amount of
$2,850.00 to furnish and deliver one 1964 Ford Cab and Chassis model F-600
is hereby accepted by the City Council.
SECTION 2. An appropriation for sales tax due on the purchase in
Section 1 above is hereby made and the expenditure for came shall be evidenced
by an official receipt from the Arkansas Revenue Department.
SECTION 3. After its passage and approval, this resolutionthall be
attached to and become a part of the Purchasing Documents issued for the items
in Section 1 and 2 above.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of April, 1964.
