BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas that
WHEREAS at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, a petition was presented to said council for the
vacating and abandoning of a street which is described as follows:
The north -south 20 foot public street dedication situate between
Lots No. 15 and 16 of Evins Farm Addition to the City of Fay-
etteville, Washington County, Arkansas, as per plat of said
Addition.
That the above stated petition was presented to the Planning
Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Apiothat said pe tion
was approved by the Planning Commission; that the... -day of
is the date set for the hearing of said petition, and that t City Clerk
is hereby directed to give notice of such meeting by publication once a
week for two consecutive weeks in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a news-
paper having general circulation in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and that
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause an abstracters
certificate showing the abutting land owners of record of said street
be attached to the petition prior to the date set for public hearing.
