BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS,

That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to

tion of a tract of real estate located on the Southwest corner
of Locust and Center Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas, from the
