Dear Mr. Shreve:
The City Council, at a special meeting held at 2:00 p.m. , January 11,
1963, passed the following resolution:
RESOLUTION 1-63
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The City of Fayetteville agrees to run an adequate sewer
line to the new building site of Campbell Soup Company, and
Campbell Soup Company agrees to install grease traps to eliminate
all solids and fats from their sewage.
2. The City of Fayetteville agrees to provide an adequate
water supply.
3. That within three years the City agrees to provide access
from Fifteenth Street, either to Razorback Road, Beechwood, or
the new Highway 71 Bypass.
