RESOLUTION 15-62

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVTTT,F,
ARKANSAS:
That the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, be and they are hereby authorized to hold a public
hearing for the purpose of hearing all interested persons oa the
petition to rezone Lot 12 of the Evelyn Hills Addition of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, from C-2 Thoroughfare Commercial
District to R-4 Multi -Family Residential and Dormitory District.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24th day of September, 1962.
