RESOLUTION NO. 13-62

BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: .1

That the City, Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute contracts with the.St. Louis -San Francisco Railway Company
for two easements or licenses to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, for
the construction, maintenance, repair and operation of an eight -inch sewer
line crossing the St. Louis -San Francisco Railroad Line on Cato Springs
Road at Mile Post 354, plus 23 poles, plus 70 feet, and one for a twelve -inch,
or twenty -four -inch, sewer line under the bridge054.Oat Mile Post 354, plus
36 poles, said location being on the Old. St. Paul Branch Railroad, approxi-
mately 1,000 feet. East of Garland Avenue, both in the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and further authorizing the expenditure of Twenty-five Dollars
($25. 00) for the purchase of each easement and license.
