Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, that whereas at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a petition was presented to said
Council for the vacating of an alley which is described as follows.:
A portion of an alley located in Block Twenty -One of
Ferguson's Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
lying between lots Five through Nine (5-9) on the East and
lots. Ten through Fourteen (10-14) on the West, running
from the South line of the -sixth -street right of way to
the St. Louis -San Francisco Railway right of way..
That the above -stated petition was presented to the Planning
Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and that said
petition was approved by the Planning Commission.
That the day of 19 4pois the date set for
the hearing of this petition and that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to give notice of such meeting by publication once a week
for two consecutive weeks in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a news-
paper having a general circulation in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of June, 1962.
