BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

That Zoning Ordinance No. 1239 be referred to the
Planning .Commission for study and recommendation with
reference to amending the clause whereby school problems
will be brought directly to the Council in lieu of the Board of
Adjustment as at present.
