BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the petition of Mr. John Schader, to place a trailer
house on a vacant lot in the 900 Block on South Washington Avenue,
be referred to the Planning Commission for study and recommend-
. ation and that the Planning Commission be further requested to
make a study of amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1239 to permit
house trailers to be placed on individual lots in R-2 Residential
and other zones upon approval of the Board of Adjustment.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of May,. 1962.
