BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVIT.T.F,
ARKANSAS:
That the petition of Messrs. Tom Feathers and Humphrey Heasty
to rezone an area on the corner of Oliver Avenue and Maple Street,
which was denied by the Planning Commission at a public hearing on.
March 30, 1962, be referred back to the Planning Commission for
further study and recommendation with reference to rezoning for a
brick -constructed, two-family duplex residence.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of April, 1962.
