RESOLUTION NO. 2-62
WHEREAS, the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, desires to execute
a. contract for out -fall and interceptor sewer lines and appurtenances, south of
the Cato Springs Road, and

WHEREAS, Federal Grant -In -Aid may be obtained if an application
and other necessary documents are executed by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized
to execute construction and engineering contracts for the above mentioned
sewer improvements, and an application, together with such other necessary
documents as may be required, in connection with the securing of Federal
Grant -In -Aid for the proposed out -fall and interceptor sewer lines and
appurtenances, from the U. S. Department of Health, Education, and
Welfare, Public Health S rvice, pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution
Control Act (33 U. S. C. 466, et seq. ).
