HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-62 RESOLUTIONI RESOLUTION 1-62 WHEREAS, it is necessary that a more precise procedure be enacted whereby the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, can initiate proposed amendments to the Fayetteville Zoning Ordinances, and WHEREAS, the present regulations governing the size of signs required by the Zoning Ordinance for rezoning procedure and the regulations concerning appeal to the Board of Adjustment are in need of certain changes and amendments, and WHEREAS, a problem has arisen concerning school construction and the present zoning regulations pertaining. thereto, and it is the opinion of the City Council of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that certain revisions are in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the above mentioned items be referred to the Planning Commission for study and recommendations. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd day of January, 1962. AP PR OV ED: J GUY E.
