BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereby
approved the preliminary plans of the Beaver Water District for the
purchasing of lands and the construction of an intake structure and the
said City Council hereby agrees to participate in the financing of the
project as outlined by the Board of Directors of the Beaver Water
• District.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 23rd day of October, 1961.
