RESOLVED, that Resolution 8-59, passed and approved L7O
Council of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on May 11, 1959, together( `ELL
Major Street Plan and maps and regulations attached thereto, bea h d
to reduce the projected width of Dickson Street between Ozark Avenue
and College Avenue from seventy (70) feet to sixty (60) feet except
that part which lies between Arkansas Avenue and Gregg Avenue on the
North side of Dickson Street and that part of Dickson Street which lies
between University Avenue and Gregg Avenue on the South side of Dickson
Street which shall be fifty-five (55) feet and that a certified copy of
this Resolution be filed in the Office of_the City_Clerk.and in the
Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder for Washington
County, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of August, 1961
