WHEREAS, it appears that the petition of Vera Noll Lewis,
to vacate and abandon a portion of Vinson Street as described
below;
Commencing where Vinson Street intersects
North Sequoyah Drive on its West side thence
Northwest to where said Vinson Street inter-
sects with Maple Street, all of which being
located in the East Mountain Addition to the
City of Fayetteville. .
was filed with the City Clerk on.thel day of June, 1960, and
WHEREAS, it appears that said petition was duly approved
by the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

1. That the (y of July, 1960, be and the same is
hereby fixed as the day set for hearing upon said petition.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Ark-
ansas, be and he iS hereby directed to give notice of such hear-
ing by publication thereof once a week for two 1(2) consecutive
weeks in the Northwest Arkansas Times, a newspaper published in
Washington County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation
in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
be and he is hereby directed -to cause an abstractor's certificate
as to the record owners of the lots abutting upon said street to
be attached to said petition prior to the date set for hearing
thereon.
