WHEREAS, C. W. Stewart, Nora B. Adams, W. T. Dunn,
and Walter Miller have filed a petition with the City Clerk of the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, requesting the City Council to
abandon and vacate an alley located in Block Seventeen (17) of
Ferguson Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, sitting in regular
meeting, that a hearing upon this petition by the City Council of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, shall be conducted on the llth day of
.April, 1960, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give proper
notice of said hearing.
