L. Burch, William 3. Welbourne, Helen G Welbourne, H. L. Utley, Reba
K. Utley, Edythe M. Nunneley, Dorin P. Nunneley, Samuel L. Nunneley,
and Opal M. Nunneley to vacate and abandon thatpartition of
Company Street between Fallin Street and Assembly Drive within the
corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
